Returns

At Poppy & Lola we want you to LOVE your purchase.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind. We do however, allow exchanges or store credit if product is returned within 7 days of purchase. We will exchange when the products are still available. In cases of the product being sold out will are happy to offer a store credit.

Items returned must be returned with all packaging and designer garment tags still attached. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from the original state.  

Any sale items purchased are ineligible for return. Only full priced items may be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Item Returns

We aim to provide products of the highest standards. Each product has been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you believe a product to be faulty we are happy to repair, replace or refund in case of a manufacturing fault. Please contact poppyandlolaswanhill@gmail.com to have your return assessed. Please include photos of fault in email to assist with this process.
