All orders placed by 11am weekdays will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following day.
All standard shipping orders will be shipped using Australia Post.
A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $150.
Exchanges & Returns
At Poppy & Lola we want you to LOVE your purchase.
We allow return of items within 10 days of the products being received for exchange or store credit. We will exchange when the products are still available. In cases of the product being sold out will are happy to offer a store credit.
Items returned must be returned with all packaging and designer garment tags still attached. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from the original state.
Only full priced items may be returned.

Faulty Item Returns
We aim to provide products of the highest standards. Each product has been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you believe a product to be faulty we are happy to repair, replace or refund in case of a manufacturing fault. Please contact email@example.com to have your return assessed. Please include photos of fault in email to assist with this process.
